Statement from Buick on the passing of Tiger Woods' Father, Earl Woods

"On behalf of everyone at Buick and General Motors, we offer our deepest sympathies to Tiger Woods and his family on the passing of his father, Earl,” said Buick general manager Steve Shannon. “Earl was Tiger’s role model, both personally and professionally, and they shared a bond that was extremely close. We want Tiger to know that we are here to support him during this very emotional chapter in his life.”
